    - LOTS of Blockout Work (Environment, VFX, Characters, etc.) spreading across the entire game, at every stages of production.

    As the Lead Character Artist, my job on Overwatch and Overwatch 2 consisted of:

    - Helping the team define, reevaluate and constantly evolve the entire character pipeline (prototyping, lookdev, technical problem solving, documentation, mentoring, etc.)

    - Helping the art director(s) define the 3D vision, style, and translation for all of the characters.

    - Interacting with every department on a daily basis, to ensure a smooth, efficient, and collaborative environment.

    - Managing the internal character team, through onboarding, mentoring, artistic feedback, and leadership training.

    - Helping our Pre-Rendered and In-Game Cinematic teams with modeling/texturing reviews, pipeline support and feedback, and asset creations (initial highpoly assets for most of the hero characters came from the game team).

    - Character, environment and prop asset creation (highpoly, lowpoly, UVs, surfacing, and shader work support).

    - 3D concept sculpting.
